Isibane’s vision is to make a valuable contribution towards all employers and employees by providing the necessary tools through training initiatives which will essentially enhance the skills set of employees contributing to efficiency, growth and overall effectiveness of the organisation.
Isibane Training Academy is an accredited Training Provider and 100% BBBEE owned with certification.
We are able to cater to a broad spectrum of training needs, some accredited and some customised non-accredited courses. Learning materials are aligned to the National Qualification Framework (NQF) and outcomes-based Education and Training Principles.
Isibane offers a wide variety of accredited skills development opportunities. These could be in the form of skills programmes or individually registered Unit Standards to address specific training needs.

We also recognise the importance of need specific; target-orientated training courses not necessarily catered for by registered SAQA Unit Standards. As such, tailor-made courses that address specific needs have been or can be developed. These courses are all outcomes- based and where possible, aligned to registered SAQA Unit Standards.
We are results-driven and aim to ensure that all clients’ needs with regard to Training and Development are identified, documented and that a well-planned, cost-effective strategy is developed to address those needs.
All our training material can be presented in-house.
